Limited warranty
Forever fit : If the original purchaser’s ring finger size ever changes, Frederick Goldman will replace the ring FOREVER for a shipping and handling fee. Your Frederick Goldman ring, designed and crafted to exacting quality standards is warranted against imperfection in design, materials or workmanship FOREVER. Any ring not meeting these standards will be repaired or replaced. If any party other than Frederick Goldman has worked on your ring, the warranty coverage terminates.
Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. Frederick Goldman may substitute a similar style for discontinued styles. Warranty applies to original purchaser only and is not transferable. Frederick Goldman is not responsible for the sentimental or intrinsic value of the original ring. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other legal rights which vary from state to state.
Any ring that needs to be resized will be replaced by one of identical or similar style for a shipping and handling fee. To request a size replacement or a warranty repair, take your ring, your warranty card and proof of purchase to an Authorized Frederick Goldman Jeweler. You can find an Authorized Frederick Goldman Jeweler closest to you by calling Frederick Goldman Customer Service at 1-800-221-3232. The Authorized Jeweler will return your ring to the Frederick Goldman factory where determination of any warranty defect will be made by our experienced manufacturing jewelers. Any ring with a confirmed warranted defect will be repaired or replaced by one of identical or similar style.
