She was very patient, offered to clean a current ring while we looked over options, and really just wanted to make sure everything was right for us. Their design was amazing right out of the gate and Kathy was very helpful and patient with all the small changes I asked for to make the ring perfect. My husband and I have been using Brown's since we moved to Maine four years ago. Typically, I'm on the receiving end, but I recently surprised my husband with a new wedding band to replace his first that had been lost. Recently I had the pleasure of working with Brown's to have a 150 year old family ring remade. It is spectacular!  They made an exact replica and it looks better than the original.
