Returns on Sale Items
We are pleased to offer a Thirty (30) day return policy on all sale items. Provided the item is not damaged or altered we will gladly issue a store credit in the full amount of your purchase or exchange for another item.
Sizing and/or modifications
All sale items are sold as is.
In the event that sizing or any other modification is requested our staff will gladly estimate the added cost, of said modification, before a purchase is made.
***Rings: most rings can be sized 1-2 sizes, however not all rings can be sized.
***White gold: Most white gold is finished with Rhodium plating.
In the case of altering a white gold item, like sizing a ring, an extra fee may be charged for reapply the Rhodium plating.
***Pendants and Chains are sold separately unless indicated otherwise.
